People and Growth Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
HR and Talent Coordination:
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and on boarding the right talent.
- Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Help identify training and development opportunities to support team growth.
Personal Assistance to Founders and Partners:
- Manage schedules, meetings, and key priorities for the founders.
- Provide administrative support for daily operations and strategic projects.
- Act as a liaison between founders, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
Growth and Development:
- Collaborate with business partners to maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
- Support the founders in initiatives to expand the company's network and client base.
- Stay informed about trends in the Forex industry to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Operational Support:
- Assist in coordinating projects and resolving day-t-day challenges.
- Work on initiatives to improve team productivity and organizational efficiency.
