The Information Security & Fraud is actively looking to recruit an Officer to join our team in Nicosia offices.

Main Responsibilities
- Perform Information Communication Technology (ICT) incident supervision and reporting
- Track and analyze incident trends and patterns to identify areas of weakness and potential improvements
- Assess, define and monitor ICT incident metrics, such as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Act as an advisor to stakeholders on how to apply the ICT Incident Management lifecycle
- Advise on the development and review policies, standards, procedures, guidelines, and controls to ensure that ICT incidents are properly managed
- Design and perform Training & Awareness on ICT and Fraud
Candidate Profile
- Undergraduate and/or Postgraduate degree in Information Security and/or related field
- At least 3 years of previous experience in Information Security, or Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
- Practical experience on ICT Incident management will be considered an advantage
- Professional qualification such as Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), ISO 27001 Implementor, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and/or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) will be considered an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Capable of working with minimal supervision and to manage own time effectively and efficiently
- Can adapt well to job or organizational changes and readily accept new responsibilities and assignments
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Self-motivated, with the ability to perform under pressure with the highest degree of commitment, personal integrity and professionalism.
- Team player and able to prioritise in a fast moving, constantly changing environment
- Proactive and resourceful
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written
