What We’re Looking For:
- A team leader with a positive, hands-on approach who can inspire and manage a dynamic team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional knowledge of cocktails and bar operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development.
- A customer-focused and professional attitude, ensuring all guests receive top-tier service.
- The ability to train, motivate, and support staff to deliver consistent and exceptional results.
- Fluency in Greek is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Develop and manage the cocktail menu with innovative and high-quality drinks.
- Manage stock control, ordering, and minimize wastage.
- Recruit, train, and schedule bar staff to maintain high team performance.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times.
- Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and a professional attitude.
