Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent at ICARUS Real Estate located in Paralimni, with flexibility for some remote work. Real Estate Agents are responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. Day-to-day tasks include creating and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, analyzing property values, negotiating offers, and preparing necessary documents.
Qualifications
- Real Estate License, Real Estate, and Real Property knowledge
- Customer Service and Sales skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
- Multilingual skills are a plus
