What is the job?
The broker is looking to hire an experienced Payments Specialist to:
- Monitor and troubleshoot payment systems to ensure smooth transaction processing and quickly resolve any issues
- Integrate new payment partners and monitor the performance of existing ones
- Collaborate with new payment providers during onboarding, implementation, and provide ongoing support to address technical issues and system errors
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and alternative solutions to boost efficiency and reliability of payment methods
- Create business specifications for payment system requirements and ensure compliance with internal/external standards through rigorous testing
- Provide training, generate performance reports, and support other divisions within the company on the effective use of payment systems
What experience do you need?
- Proven experience in a payments role at a forex broker. Executives from the iGaming or similar sectors will also be considered.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across different teams and with third-party providers
- Good understanding of regulatory frameworks, particularly around KYC and AML
- Fluent in English
