KULT Boutiques are currently looking to recruit a Stock Controller & Distribution Manager for our operations in Paphos, Limassol, and Nicosia.

Since its inception in 1998, KULT has expanded beyond Thanos Resorts and Hotels to standalone city boutiques. Today, KULT operates five well-established multi-brand boutiques: KULT Almyra, KULT Anassa, KULT Nicosia, KULT Casino, and KULT Limassol One, offering a blend of international and emerging designers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stock distribution across KULT boutiques, ensuring optimal allocation based on sales trends and seasonal needs.
- Oversee brand arrivals, verifying product accuracy and quality during deliveries.
- Analyze and identify stock needs for each location, proactively addressing shortages or surpluses.
- Coordinate with store teams to implement procedures for stock orders, transfers, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with suppliers and the Head Office to streamline logistics and ensure timely delivery of goods in time.
- Monitor and maintain stockroom organization to facilitate seamless operations and minimize discrepancies.
- Assist in developing and executing the purchasing strategy to align with the company's goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between boutiques and the central office, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
- Train and mentor team members on stock control procedures, promoting adherence to company standards.
Job Location:
The position will be based in Paphos (Agia Varvara Warehouse). The role requires regular travel to the other cities to oversee operations and support boutique needs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a fashion-related position, ideally in stock control or distribution management within the luxury or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems, logistics, and stock management principles.
- Dynamic and confident personality with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems (e.g., inventory management tools).
- Strong communication skills in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
