Our client, a fast-growing company in the digital marketing sector for the iGaming industry, is seeking to recruit a French-speaking customer Service Agent to join their team in Malta or Cyprus.
Responsibilities:
- Helping internal and external customers,
- Contacting other departments when there is an issue to be solved,
- Keeping customer request queues as low as possible,
- Customer research (bonuses, deposits, transactions, betting slips, documents, bet calculations),
- Handling customer request queues assigned according to workload,
- Having a high knowledge of products offered by the company,
- Attending team meetings and activities,
- Taking over in the absence of the team leader.
Requirements
- Graduation of high school or post-secondary school
- 1+ years of experience in CS or a similar position with online exposure
- Skills - strong communication skills; knowledge of Internet-related software
- Bilingual or native level of French, both written and spoken
- Good level of English
