We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at a furniture company specializing in providing high-quality furnishings to developers and construction companies. This position is ideal for someone with a strong sales background, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the construction and real estate development sectors.
Key responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the developer and construction sectors. Focus on sellingk furniture packages.
- Identify and target potential clients (residential, commercial, or hospitality) who require furniture packages for new projects, refurbishments, or turnkey solutions.
- Present tailored furniture packages to developers, highlighting value, design, and cost-efficiency. Lead negotiations and close deals that align with both the developer’s needs and company goals.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs related to revenue, new accounts, and project timelines.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of business development or sales experience in a related field, preferably in the furniture, interior design, construction, or real estate development industries.
- An understanding of design trends, product offerings, and the construction/development industry, including knowledge of the needs and pain points of developers
- Experience selling in a B2B environment, particularly working with developers, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
