Collect - Group Holdings CY Ltd is a leading international Fintech Company based in Cyprus.
We are seeking a Financial Controller to ensure robust financial management, compliance, and strategic insight as we grow in the dynamic fintech industry. This role is critical for maintaining accurate financial reporting, optimizing internal controls, and supporting key business decisions to drive our success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow).
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, local tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Support external audits and liaise with auditors and stakeholders.
- Monitor and enhance internal controls, processes, and financial policies.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (ACCA/ACA qualification preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in a corporate finance or accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and corporate tax regulations in Cyprus.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience working in a multinational or corporate environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
