We aim to support their efforts by providing skilled administrative professionals who can help streamline operations and ensure smooth workflows.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and patient Remote Support Specialist to provide hands-on support and training to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and supervising voluntary staff via virtual tools such as Skype, TeamViewer, Teams, and Zoom. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to simplify complex processes, and a strong understanding of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Accounting/Bookeeping assistance to clients, ensuring efficient daily operations.
- Train and support voluntary staff on basic administrative tasks (e.g., data entry, email management, scheduling).
- Use remote tools to supervise and assist clients in real-time.
- Create easy-to-follow guides and documentation to help clients become self-sufficient.
- Troubleshoot and resolve administrative issues promptly.
- Maintain regular communication to track progress and address any challenges.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting
- Proven experience in Accounting/Bookeeping, ideally in remote settings.
- Strong proficiency with remote collaboration tools (Skype, TeamViewer, Teams, Zoom).
- Exceptional patience and ability to explain concepts to individuals without formal training.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Experience working with volunteer organizations is a plus.
Time Schedule 08.00-16.30 Monday-Thursday (w 30 min lunch break)
08.00-14.00 Friday (with no lunch break)
