As a
Process Manager (m/f/d) at Doonails, your daily mission will revolve around optimizing our digital infrastructure, leading exciting projects, and implementing smart, scalable solutions. 🤝 Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure: You’ll oversee hardware, software, networks, and servers to ensure system security, availability, and performance
- Drive process improvements and automation: You’ll identify and implement process optimizations and lead automation initiatives to boost efficiency and enhance the customer journey
- Software and technology management, plus stakeholder collaboration: You’ll evaluate, integrate, and maintain software systems while working closely with key stakeholders across departments to align IT solutions with business needs
- Ensure IT security and compliance: You’ll implement security protocols, monitor data privacy, and ensure GDPR compliance while actively managing IT risks
- Lead IT projects and provide support: You’ll plan and execute IT projects, offer technical support, and develop training programs for over 45 team members to foster a collaborative IT environment
🙌🏼 What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience in software and IT infrastructure management: Strong knowledge of managing, integrating, and optimizing software systems (e.g., Shopify, ClickUp, Google Workspace) and IT infrastructure in e-commerce
- Problem-solving and analytical skills: You can analyze complex issues, resolve them efficiently, and implement process improvements
- Expertise in cybersecurity and compliance: You have experience in data management, implementing IT security protocols, and ensuring compliance with standards like GDPR
- Collaboration and communication skills: You excel at working with people, are hands-on and outgoing, demonstrate strong teamwork abilities, and manage stakeholders effectively
