- Stay well-informed about our products and services to provide accurate support and information
- Document customer interactions accurately for future reference and to contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but is not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to customer satisfaction
