What you will do:
- Improve our transaction experience to make the process faster, more convenient and reliable;
- Develop new features and functions, increasing retention and attracting new customers;
- Collaborate with the Senior Designer and cross-functional teams (Development, Analytics, Marketing) to implement new solutions;
- Work with key product metrics (Transaction Speed, Success Rate, Retention) to evaluate efficiency;
- Create prototypes, carry out UX research and work with the design system to ensure high-quality user experience;
- Contribute to the product growth strategy and customer experience improvements.
You are a perfect fit if you:
- Have at least four years of experience in product design, preferably in fintech or e-commerce;
- Have at least two years of experience in a leading role;
- Can work with design solutions' metrics and data;
- Experience with up-to-date design tools, as well as prototyping and UX research
- The ability to communicate with cross-functional teams effectively.
