Junior Customer Service Agent - French Speaking
Malta or Cyprus.
Our client, a fast growing company operating in the digital marketing sector for the iGaming industry is seeking to recruit a French Speaking Customer Service Agent to join their team in Malta or Cyprus.
Responsibilities
· Helping internal and external customers,
· Contacting other departments when there is an issue to be solved,
· Keeping customer request queues as low as possible,
· Customer research (bonuses, deposits, transactions, betting slips, documents, bet calculations),
· Handling customer request queues assigned accordingly to workload,
· Having a high knowledge of products offered by the company,
· Attending team meetings and activities,
· Taking over in the absence of the team leader.
Requirements
· Graduation of high school or post-secondary school
· 1+ years of experience in CS or similar position with online exposure
· Skills - strong communication skills; knowledge of Internet related software
· Bilingual or native level of French, both written and spoken
· Good level of English
