We are looking for a highly organized and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our First Level Support team in a 24-hour rotating shift role and ensure smooth operations in our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and ensure system stability across multiple platforms.
- Direct communication with clients
- Maintain continuous operations of client trading servers and systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Administer and maintain operating systems while ensuring network reliability.
- Ability to troubleshoot and acknowledge technical issues to minimize system downtime.
- Manage and monitor support tickets with third-party providers, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.
- Configure and manage trading platforms (MT4/MT5) and trading bridges (OneZero, Centroid, T4B, FXCubic).
- Optimize trading environments, managing configurations for groups, symbols, gateways, and more.
- Assist other teams with technical inquiries and maintain task updates for transparency and efficiency.
- Contribute to a positive, innovative, and solution-focused working environment.
Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar IT role.
- Strong expertise in operating systems, network management, and technical troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and client interactions.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- 6–10 months of hands-on experience with trading platforms like MT4/MT5.
- Previous experience in the financial or fintech industry.
