Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support in Bulgarian language via multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate solutions promptly
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive resolution
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to effectively address customer queries
Requirements
- Fluent in Bulgarian language, both spoken and written
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer support tools
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts and weekends
