Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Translate and localize marketing materials and communications for the Spanish audience
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing accurate information and personalized assistance
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and ensure follow-up actions are completed
- Work closely with various departments to enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
