Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication platforms, including phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with inquiries related to accommodations, bookings, and services
- Proactively resolve client issues and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience
- Document all client interactions accurately in our management system for effective follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to customer service
- Stay informed about company offerings and local insights to provide well-rounded assistance to clients
- Participate in training programs to further develop your skills and expertise
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to assist clients
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities to effectively manage multiple tasks
