Digital Marketing Specialist, who will contribute significantly to the development, implementation, and optimization of marketing strategies designed to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement and support business growth. Leveraging their knowledge of digital marketing, analytics and campaign coordination, they will assist in creating effective and data-driven marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to understand target audiences, competitor strategies, and industry trends
- Plan, coordinate, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
- Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage target audiences, nurture leads, and drive conversions
- Create and manage social media content calendars, drive engagement through innovative strategies, and monitor platform performance
- Develop compelling and creative content for social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital assets, maintaining brand voice and tone
- Research and identify trends, opportunities, and new channels for marketing initiatives that align with target audiences and business objectives
- Track and measure campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve future efforts
- Plan and implement marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels, including digital platforms, social media, and email marketing.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
- Participate in professional development activities, such as training sessions, workshops, and online courses, to continuously enhance marketing knowledge and skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Certifications in digital marketing or specific platforms like Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are preferred
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing
- Project management skills to handle campaign timelines, and deliverables efficiently
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads)
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media advertising and email marketing Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with content management systems and design tools (e.g. Canva,) is a plus
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to improve campaign performance
- Basic HTML skills for email marketing or website updates
- Understanding of branding principles and maintaining brand consistency across campaigns.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset
