Fetch, a leading online retail marketplace, is looking for a Back Office Specialist to manage and optimize merchant product catalogues. This role is perfect for someone with a strong technical background who can also guide merchants in improving their online presence.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, organize, and optimize product catalogues provided by merchants.
- Use advanced Excel skills (including macros) to format and analyze data.
- Assist merchants with exporting product data from their websites or systems.
- Provide basic guidance on website structures, design, and data management.
- Advise merchants on using meta descriptions and SEO keywords to improve product visibility.
- Ensure product listings are properly categorized and detailed for an exceptional user experience.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros knowledge is highly desirable).
- Familiarity with XML and website data export processes.
- Basic understanding of website design, eCommerce platform structures, and SEO principles.
- Experience with meta descriptions, keywords, and digital content optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good command of the English and Greek language.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
