Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Office Manager to join our team in Limassol. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing daily office operations, resolving member and vendor issues efficiently, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Member and Vendor Support:
- Provide daily assistance to SportBenefit members and partner vendors by addressing inquiries and resolving issues through incoming calls and chats.
- Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving problems to ensure a positive experience for all users.
- Monitor and address irregular behaviors from members or vendors, taking swift action to maintain a positive and compliant environment.
Database Management:
- Update and maintain the vendor database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is displayed on the website and in the SportBenefit app.
Vendor Relations:
- Enroll new vendors into the SportBenefit program, managing contracts and onboarding processes seamlessly.
Client Company Support:
- Assist client companies with administrative issues, including invoicing and enrolling their representatives into the HR admin portal.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for resolving any concerns related to company accounts.
Financial Administration:
- Monitor expenses and handle miscellaneous payments as required.
- Arrange and process monthly payments to vendors in a timely manner.
- Support the accounting department with financial tasks and record-keeping.
Office Management:
- Oversee daily office tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative or office management roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Experience in Human Resources is a significant advantage.
- Fluency in Greek and English is required; knowledge of Russian is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with database management.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
