We are currently looking for a
Credit & Collections Assistant to join our Finance & Insurance Team based in Nea Ionia.
Your
Key Responsibilities will be to:
- Assess credit for car leasing applications
- Process financial data, perform credit check and inspection of all related documentations
- Lease Approvals/Rejects/Counter Offers
- Daily communication with clients for collecting the overdue amounts
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls to address payment-related issues
- Keep detailed records of collection efforts and report on overall progress
Requirements
- University Degree in Business Administration or other relevant field is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a relevant position
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (excel etc) and G-Suite (google sheets etc)
- Experience with ERP systems will be considered an asset
- Good command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Strong communication and persuasion capabilities as well as problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
