As a Field Service Technician - Electrical Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and expertise to our customers in Greece and beyond. You will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical issues with our woodworking machinery. Additionally, you will perform preventative maintenance, installation, and calibration of machines, ensuring they operate at peak performance. This role will require frequent travel to client sites, where you will interact with customers, provide training, and effectively communicate technical information.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who has a strong background in electrical engineering and mechanical knowledge. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in field service or similar roles, preferably within the woodworking or manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues with woodworking machinery
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
- Install, calibrate, and test machinery at client sites
- Train customers on machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to develop technical solutions
- Update service records and documentation accurately
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand and address their needs
Requirements
- TEI or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service or a similar role
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing machinery
- Knowledge of woodworking machinery is highly desired
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- Willingness to travel frequently for on-site service visits
- Valid driving licence
- Greek language mandatory
