We are currently looking for a
Business Analyst to join our team based in Nea Ionia.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative business models, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will also drive the implementation of process optimizations using advanced analytics and data manipulation techniques.
Your
Key Responsibilities will be to:
- Analyze business processes, map out requirements, and identify areas for optimization
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and performance
- Conduct stakeholder meetings and presentations to gather critical information
- Participate in the creation and management of project plans, monitoring progress and outcomes
- Document insights and communicate plans clearly across cross-functional teams and management
- Ensure that proposed solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Maintain and update business processes as necessary
- Prioritize initiatives based on strategic business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, a related field, or an MBA
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Proven work experience of at least 2 years in a similar role
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
- Expert user of spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides)
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management abilities
- Experience in business intelligence, data integration, analysis, reporting, and data visualization is a plus
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Google Data Studio is a plus
