The Hospitality Trainees Program is designed to offer exposure to all aspects of hotel operations and guest services. Participants will have the opportunity to rotate through departments such as Front Office, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, Events, and Sales & Marketing. This rotation will allow trainees to gain a holistic understanding of hotel operations and develop a well-rounded skill set.

Requirements
- Enrollment in a hospitality management program or recently completed a degree in hospitality or related field
- Passion for the hospitality industry and eagerness to learn and grow
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required
