We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team at our luxurious 5-star resort in Skiathos. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by preparing high-quality beverages and providing outstanding customer service in a sophisticated, international setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Drink Preparation: Create classic and innovative cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to meet the resort's high standards.
Customer Service: Engage with guests in a warm and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction.
Bar Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the bar at all times.
Knowledgeable Service: Stay informed about all menu offerings, including wines, spirits, and local specialties, to offer informed suggestions.
Upselling: Proactively promote premium beverages and exclusive experiences to enhance revenue.
Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as licensing regulations.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Food & Beverage and Events teams, to support seamless service.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience as a bartender, preferably in a luxury or 5-star environment.
Exceptional knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and mixology trends.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Fluency in Greek and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Knowledge of local Greek ingredients and flavors is advantageous.
Certification in bartending or mixology is preferred.
