Responsibilities
- Actively engage with potential customers to promote and sell our product range
- Understand customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions to enhance their experience
- Establish and develop strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnership
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set by the company
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new sales opportunities
Requirements
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills
- Strong ability to build client relationships and trust
- Results-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales objectives
- Proactive and able to work both independently and within a team
