WE ARE LOOKING FOR
AlchemyTech is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our international Human Resources team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a part of the team focusing on developing, neutering and retaining a high-performing team locally and internationally.
In more detail, theTalent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible to:
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including understanding role requirements, defining selection criteria, developing recruitment strategies, sourcing, interviewing, selecting and composing employment offers.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to build a talent pipeline.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and recruitment best practices.
- Lead employer branding initiatives for all AlchemyTech brands, promoting the company's values and culture across various platforms.
- Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment to maintain a competitive edge.
- Perform any other related duties, as may be required by the Management and/or the direct Supervisor.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial sector.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration and/or any other related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and high ethical standards.
