Job Description:
Infinserve is offering a full-time position for a Back Office Administrator at our offices in Nicosia, If you possess a positive attitude and enthusiasm and want to join a growing team, then this could be the right opportunity to apply.
In this role, you'll oversee daily transaction activities, ensuring documented risk checks are completed, update relevant systems with
appropriate actions and timely communication of actions to relevant clients. You will be working closely with the account management team on client performance reviews.
Company Description:
Infinserve Limited offers outsourcing services to Fintech clients for risk management, reconciation and reporting as well as back office operations.
Main Responsibilities:
• Daily and weekly review of transaction monitoring
• Take action on finding on the relevant systems and update internal records
• Communicate with clients via email, chat and calls with actions taken daily
• Conduct weekly client performance reviews and update account management team of performance indicators
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field will be considered as an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Fluent in the English language, both verbal and written is a must
• Excellent Excel knowledge
• No previous experience is required, however if there is experience in a similar role, will be
considered as an advantage.
