Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Application Specialist at Cablenet. The Application Specialist will be responsible for providing application support, through troubleshooting technical issues, and helping internal teams on a daily basis. The role also involves analysing new low code / no code solutions to help resolve business problems and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting proficiency
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in Application Support and Technical Support
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Certifications in relevant technologies are a plus
