Role Highlights:
💼 Bookkeeping Expert:
- Record all bookkeeping entries in our accounting software with precision.
- Ensure timely payment of supplier invoices.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to keep everything in balance.
- Reconcile all ledger accounts to ensure their accuracy every month.
📊 Credit & VAT Specialist:
- Manage credit control by ensuring receivables are collected on time.
- Handle VAT reconciliations and submissions to the authorities.
💰 Financial Custodian:
- Maintain and manage petty cash with care and attention.
Essential Qualities:
📚 Experience & Education:
- 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping & accounting.
- Holder of LCCI Higher or equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor’s degree; in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
💻 Tech-Savvy:
- Familiar with accounting software and comfortable using MS Office.
- Computer literate with a keen eye for detail.
🔤 Communication Skills:
- Fluency in both English and Greek (verbal and written) is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
💼 Professional Attitude:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
