About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious Junior Business Analyst to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment within the CCO Office. You will play a crucial role in supporting strategic initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making, including sales forecasting, pricing analysis, competitor benchmarking, and profitability analysis
- Market Research & Business Intelligence: Conduct market research and gather data on competitors, market trends, and industry developments
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret datasets from various sources to generate meaningful reports and presentations for senior management
- Performance Management: Assist in the design and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales teams globally. Track and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and provide insights to drive improvements
- Commercial Excellence: Contribute to the development and implementation of commercial excellence initiatives, including sales process optimization, go-to-market strategies, and sales force effectiveness programs
- Collaboration: Work closely with the CCO Office to provide analytical support for key projects and initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization, including sales, marketing, and finance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in Business analysis, ideally in a commercial or business setting will be considered as a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A passion for the telecommunications industry and a strong interest in commercial functions
