We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Presales Engineer for Datacenter Solutions.
The candidate will manage bids in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from customers and engage in pre-sales activities for ICT products and solutions in INTRACOM TELECOM's portfolio. They will lead the creation of technical solutions and proposals, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and emphasizing the company's value proposition.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare bids and respond to RFIs/RFPs
- Play a key role in the development of the bid and proposal process
- Coordinate technical resources to design solutions with the optimal combination of hardware, software, and services
- Design and dimension solutions and prepare a comprehensive Bill of Materials
- Present solutions and products to customers
- Monitor and analyze technology trends to recommend new products or solutions
- Prepare collateral and pre-sales/sales materials
Requirements
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Telecommunications
- 3-4 years of presales experience in ICT technologies, including servers, virtualization, storage, and backup solutions
- Understanding of public cloud solutions
- Fluency in Greek and English, both spoken and written
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills
Desired skills:
- Previous technical experience in the ICT industry
- Certification and experience in public cloud architecture
- Postgraduate or MBA degree
