This role is about:
Creating visually compelling designs that align with payabl.'s brand identity and business objectives across digital and print media. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to deliver effective visual solutions for payment solutions and financial services. This role involves designing engaging graphics, presentations, and marketing materials while ensuring brand consistency. You will support business development and client acquisition efforts through impactful design. Continuously innovating and pushing creative boundaries will be key to this position.
You will:
- Lead the development of visual concepts and designs that align with payabl.'s brand identity and business objectives across various digital and print media
- Create compelling graphics, illustrations, and infographics to effectively communicate complex payment solutions and financial services to our target audience
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to create visually appealing and functional designs and payment solutions
- Oversee design efforts, and provide guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality outputs
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to delivery, adhering to tight deadlines
- Work directly with the Brand and Design Lead to make sure business objectives are aligned with the creative work
- Create visually engaging presentations product/sales decks and marketing collateral to support business development and client acquisition efforts
- Support events and other exhibition efforts, collaborate with external partners to maintain payabl. brand consistency
- Contribute to the visual aspects of payabl.'s expansion efforts in other markets
- Continuously push boundaries to explore new, fresh, and timeless creative concepts
What we need:
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital media
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant design software
- Experience in designing for financial services or fintech products is highly desirable
- Good understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles
- Excellent typography, color theory, and layout skills
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, visually appealing designs
- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts to stakeholders
- Experience in working with, managing, and mentoring designers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to provide objective feedback, set clear goals, and establish pathways of reaching them, optimizing project workflows and efficiency
- Strong skills in project management and operational excellence
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the payments and fintech industry
