Account Manager
A financial company is currently looking to recruit an Account Manager, with fluency in Hindi, to join their team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer’s requests.
- Assist and support existing customers while following the Company’s rules and internal policies and procedures.
- Establish positive business and customer relationships.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow all the Company’s guidelines in terms of compliance regulations.
Requirements
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
- Must have a valid work permit for Cyprus.
- Previous work experience in the FX field is required.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with CRM practices.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Dynamic and determined personality.
