We are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated, and diligent Executive Personal Assistant to provide
administrative support to senior management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be
detail-oriented, and have strong proficiency in handling invoicing processes and Excel spreadsheets. This role
demands an individual who can work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and handle confidential
information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including managing calendars, scheduling
meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Prepare, issue, and track invoices to ensure timely payments and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for financial tracking, reporting, and other business needs.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Conduct research and compile data for reports, presentations, and decision-making.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Assist with the preparation of documents, correspondence, and presentations.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external communications on behalf of the executive.
- Handle ad hoc projects as required.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge and experience in issuing and managing invoices.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
