We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a BMR client-focused account team member. Reporting to the team's Senior Consultant, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of team with a niche product/service focus.
What you will do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with BMR clients, acting as a key point of contact within the company.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and requirements, and propose solutions that align with their needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and support to clients.
Who you are:
- Familiarity with Excel, CRM systems, data analysis tools, and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients.
- The capacity to adjust to changing client needs and industry trends.
- A high level of attention to detail, excellent follow through and reliability.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple clients.
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
