We are looking for a Department Assistant to join our company, specializing in administration/migration services for our office in Limassol/Cyprus. We seek a motivated, dedicated and responsible candidate who is able to handle multiple tasks and is a good team player. The candidate shall be converse fluently in English and Russian, Greek is an advantage.
Role Description:
- Keep records, create, maintain and enter data into databases, including archive of the company
- Provide administrative support to the colleagues of our company
- Dealing with invoicing, including expense reports of the employees
- Fill in details of simple documents, such as Power of Attorneys and other forms
- Take care of courier pick up and delivery, taxi and plane tickets orders
- Perform other related office tasks
Requirements:
- University degree
- Solid background within a similar position not less than 5 years
- Responsible, attentive to details and multitasking
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Fluent in English and Russian, Greek will be considered an advantage.
