IronFX is a leading global online broker specializing in Forex, CFDs, Commodities and Spot Metals since 2010. On behalf of IronFX, we are looking to hire an experienced PSP Officer to join the growing Legal & Compliance department!
Job Location: Limassol / Nicosia
Job Description:
- Identify and implement new payment solutions to meet business needs
- Assist with evaluating and onboarding new payment providers and banks/EMIs, including completing forms and responding to inquiries
- Assist with the annual reviews conducted from PSPs and banks
- Support team members in managing relationships with new and existing payment providers and banks/EMIs
- Support the Finance department during audits by obtaining and providing relevant documentation by payment providers and banks/EMIs.
- Work with PMO, IT & QA teams to ensure smooth integration and functionality
- Coordinate and implement new payment methods in internal systems, such as CRM.
- Review and evaluate current payment solutions for accuracy through quality control processes
- Regular assessment of payment systems, processes, and practices to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Identify, investigate, and report issues/errors from PSPs.
Job Requirements:
- University Degree in Business Management, Banking, Accounting and Finance or any other related field
- At least 2 years’ previous experience in a similar payments solutions role is a must
- Business fluency in the English language
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to travel across the world to develop and maintain relationships
