Today we are looking for a skilled and motivated Finance Manager to play play a key role in shaping our financial strategy. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with growth potential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Implement a FP&A system.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CFA is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in finance management, accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and IFRS standards.
- Attentiveness to details and ability to manage big amounts of data
- Experience in working with FP&A system (Planful) and BI tools is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
