We are seeking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join an amazing sales team.
In this role, you will be accountable for developing, shaping, and implementing sales, as well as managing key accounts and driving growth.
Responsibilities:
- Promote the companies and products of the Group, to existing, new and potential clients.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve objectives and business targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industry.
- Participate in industry events and networking activities to promote the company’s products and services.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, interactions, and sales forecasts.
- Visit of existing and potential clients locally and abroad.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
- Degree in Maritime Studies, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in sales and/or commercial management, preferably in Shipping.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity and experience working with set targets.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, etc.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
