WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Head of B2B Sales will play a pivotal role in expanding Xoala’s client base, establishing new business relationships, and driving revenue growth through B2B partnerships. This role requires a strategic, results-driven individual with experience in building and managing sales or partnership functions within the financial services or fintech industry.
In more detail, the Head of B2B Sales will be responsible to:
- Identify, establish, and nurture strategic B2B partnerships to promote Xoala's payment services across various sectors, including finance, retail, and e-commerce.
- Lead efforts to build and execute a sales strategy focused on B2B clients, overseeing the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to enhance our product offerings and sales approaches.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align partnership goals and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Act as an ambassador for Xoala, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the company’s services.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell the company's products and services to existing clients.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s electronic money services, regulations (e.g., PSD2), and payment processing systems.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the direct manager and/or senior management.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE
- 5 years of experience as a B2B Account Manager within the financial industry.
- Familiarity and experience within an EMI Company will be considered as an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the payments industry and B2B sales dynamics, with a proven track record of closing large-scale deals.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
