About the Role:
As an Account Development Representative (ADR) at Yodeck, you will be a crucial member of our Sales Development team, focusing on customer expansion and growth within existing accounts. You will engage with our current customers, identifying opportunities to expand Yodeck's footprint across their organization, including other locations or departments that could benefit from our solutions. Your primary focus will be on driving growth through strategic outreach, collaboration with Customer Success and Direct Sales teams, and nurturing relationships to unlock new potential within our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Expansion Initiatives: Identify and engage with existing customers to explore expansion opportunities across additional locations or business units
- Collaboration with CS and Sales Teams: Partner closely with the CS and Direct Sales team to ensure smooth transitions from initial engagement to the expansion of services. Schedule meetings and demos to showcase the benefits of Yodeck's solutions to new departments or locations
- Account Mapping: Map out the organizational structure of key accounts and identify areas where Yodeck's offerings could add value
- Strategic Outreach: Proactively reach out to decision-makers and key stakeholders within existing customer organizations, highlighting the value of expanding Yodeck's solutions to additional areas
- Multichannel Communication: Leverage various channels such as email, phone, video, and social to engage with customers and drive expansion opportunities
- Signals: Use existing signals and alerts such as new free signups from existing customer accounts or new decision maker hires, and more
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all interactions and activities within our CRM system. Regularly update data to ensure accuracy and provide insights for ongoing expansion efforts
Requirements
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and other core prospecting & data tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Zoominfo, etc.
- Previous experience as an SDR/BDR/ADR or experience in account growth and expansion
- Native or fluent English proficiency with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivation and ambition, reflecting a strong growth mindset and a proactive approach to professional development
