Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Answering guest questions and resolving problems in a timely manner ensuring guest satisfaction
- Communication and cooperation with other hotel departments to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Provide information about the resort's facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
Requirements
The ideal candidate should be:
- Friendly and have a polite personality
- Able to multi-task and use initiative, focusing on guest needs
- With excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented
Requirements:
- Degree in Hotel Management or Tourism
- Fluency in English and Greek conversation, reading and writing. Knowledge of an additional language will be appreciated
- At least 2 years previous hotel experience in similar position
- Flexibility in working night shifts
- Computer literacy - knowledge of OPERA will be consider as an asset
