In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for moderating and reviewing user-generated content across various social media platforms in Spanish. Responsibilities
- Moderate and review content in Spanish submitted by users on social media platforms
- Ensure all content complies with community guidelines and effectively manage inappropriate posts
- Engage with users to address their inquiries and provide support regarding moderation actions
- Collaborate with the moderation team to improve processes and share best practices
- Stay informed on cultural trends and nuances in the Spanish-speaking community to enhance quality in moderation
- Document moderation activities and suggest improvements for operational efficiency
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional language skills are a plus
- Prior experience in social media moderation or content management is desirable
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective community guidelines
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to manage sensitive content with professionalism and discretion
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment while adapting to new technologies
