Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Hotel Operations Manager located in Míkonos. The Hotel Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing budgets and schedules, effectively leading teams, and implementing standard operating procedures. The successful candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or relevant field; Master's degree is a plus
- Proven experience in hotel operations management with a successful track record of achieving targets and objectives
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front and back office management, housekeeping, food and beverage operations, and revenue management
- Demonstrated experience in budget management, cost control, and financial analysis
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience in leading teams and managing employee performance
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology, including Microsoft Office, hotel management systems , and revenue management software
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus
