The Romanos, a Luxury Collection, Costa Navarino and The Westin Resort Costa Navarino are looking for a Marketing Manager.
The Marketing Manager position develops and executes Marketing strategies for the two brands in order to build brand awareness and brand affinity so as to drive bookings and enhance guest experiences. The objective of this role is to create the content, the programming, the promotions and all actions that will deliver results and drive customer engagement and loyalty.
The role takes responsibility for marketing planning and results, aligned with Company's vision, mission and values, while also following up on consumer trends, market trends and competition environment. Develops and executes the marketing and communications strategies, concerning mainly Room Sales, F&B, Spa, and prepares the annual marketing plan and budget to meet sales and revenue goals. Provides direction, guidance and leadership to the marketing team, coordinates marketing efforts, monitors and evaluates all marketing activities. Protects the Company's image and brands, drives brand awareness, and ensures communication consistency throughout.
Responsibilities
- Manages the forward planning with agile execution of marketing initiatives to drive audience awareness
- Design and develop compelling content to drive brand engagement and bookings
- Design and implement effective programming for each resort so that it resonates and attracts the different target audience
- Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
- Attract sponsors and create synergies with brands to develop and design events for each resort
- Monitor progress and submit performance reports, measure ROI of each activity
- Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements
- Understand customer and business demands and come up with relevant new products and services to support hotels financial and customer satisfaction objectives
- Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects
- Develop actions to grow and drive non-room revenue (f&b revenue and experiences revenue)
- Develop and provide sales with strong materials to promote the two hospitality brands effectively
- Design and manage hotel marketing and communication materials and assets
- Localize marketing messaging while ensuring alignment to TEMES and Marriott and hotels market specific objectives
- Ability to develop and manage multi-language creatives, copy and content
- Understand, keep updated and implement correctly the Mariott brand standards for the two brands
- Constantly monitors and shares industry and cross industry trends with suggested actions to achieve hotel objectives
Requirements
- Min 5 years in marketing and preferably in hotel marketing management
- Full PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft applications and Internet
- Familiar with SM and Reputation platforms / hotel / booking related platforms / Marketing & Sales platforms
- Communication Skills Spoken, Written and Email etiquette / Planning & Organizing / Creative thinking / Multi-tasking / Flexibility & adaptability
