SEMIRAMIS is searching for an experienced Host/Hostess responsible that will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing an amazing experience to the restaurant's guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a pleasant and welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon entering KOUMKAN
- Providing a point of contact for customer feedback and helping to resolve any customer issues
- Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, to respond to complaints, or to initiate conversation creating a warm atmosphere
- Managing reservations in our reservation system, receive & process incoming calls and emails
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in the front of house area
- Greeting customers upon their departure
- Produce and sent letters of confirmation
Requirements
- Proven 2+ years of working experience in a similar position in 5* Hotels or High End Restaurants
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Comfortable with using Technology (Reservation system)
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as a plus
- Degree in Hotel and Tourism Management will be considered as a plus
