Your Role:
For our Marketing team we are on the lookout for a Graphic Designer who is self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile for the final result. The role reports to the Art Director.
Your Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly graphics for our online presence, including promotional banners, social media posts and newsletters
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual elements in all platforms
- Work closely with a creative team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message
- Use a wide range of graphic design software (Adobe's Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator-Motion Design)
- Stay updated on industry trends and design technologies, ensuring that our graphics remain cutting-edge and competitive in the highly competitive mobility market
- Collaborate with external partners such as videographers for every design need they might have for their final materials
Requirements
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Motion Design (Appreciated, but not required)
- Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design and motion design software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc
- Portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including web graphics, marketing collateral, and branding projects
- Creative and conceptual thinking
- Passion for illustration and motion graphics (Not mandatory, but a big plus)
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to apply them to design projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of current design trends, color theory, typography, and layout principles
