Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand and align on talent needs and role requirements
- Proactively source, screen and interview potential candidates for a variety of roles
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to coordinating interviews and managing candidate feedback
- Provide regular recruitment analytics and reports to support hiring strategy and decision-making
- Contribute to employer branding efforts through content, events and social media
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment in IT roles
- Experience of ATS and HRIS systems
- Proven experience using advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and tech platforms
- Confidence in working with data and recruitment metrics to drive hiring decisions
- Fluent in spoken and written English & Greek language
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, influence hiring decisions or represent Printec to candidates
- Skilled in gathering, analysing, and using data to improve processes and outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
- A self-starter who can anticipate challenges and proactively suggest solutions
- HR generalist experience or background is a plus
